sliders instead of rollers, has kept my belt from shredding it in my motor. never took it apart with black dust filling the case, over the 2000-3000 miles i have on this last belt with my bbk. over the past 2 years. the one time i switched over to roller weights, 7 grams, for 200 miles, my case was full of dust after that. black, covered. its usually, maybe a litle bit of dust, after, 800 miles. 1000 miles or something. i dont even wipe it out. little spot here.
the sliders where 5 grams. .. so. theres tip 1. it wouldnt matter its centrifical force. it was like 150 miles. the case, was like black as soot. and cleaned before that. after oh 1000 miles. and it barely had a little layer you could barely see. it made it, dirty was all. not a layer thick black of belt remains. sides of the belt where tearing up.
so theres tip 1. sliders are less destructive to your belt, and shift easier, and better. i usually notice top speed increases with sliders. and better accerlartion. and they also dont get flat spots. since theyre already flat.
