| Subject: Wheres the Line Ins on dellorto installing it on a Honda 2-stroke Thu Apr 03, 2014 3:29 pm | |
| If you get a dellorto and you want to tune it, onto your honda 2-stroke. First, theres 2 kinds of carbs. the racing edition, and the normal edition. Depending on what you want to do, is which carb you want to get. Ok the normal carb, only has a fuel inlet. and a vaccum, but this vacuum, is for minarelli fuel pumps, only. it's 1/16 of an inch. so if you get the normal carb, then you'd better have a vacuum inlet on, your intake manifold. and also, theres no oil inlet, so you had better be pre-mixing if you want to use that carb, or have an oil inlet on your intake manifold, too. the racing edition, is a little better. it has a, fuel inlet. and it has an oil/vacuum port. and it has the vacuum port for the minarelli fuel pumps. it's 1/16" size. you can use the oil inlet, as your vacuum inlet too, if your premixing. So, you had better be, premixing, or have a vacuum port on your intake manifold. too if you want to use the carb vacuum port to operate your petcock. and you run premix gas, and have your oil pump, plugged off. im gonig to put a picture, but i dont know how long it will last. i'll have it. | |
